CareForce offers home care, geriatric care management and skilled nursing services to older adults in King and Snohomish Counties. Senior home health care and companionship enables older adults and others who need assistance to continue their familiar routine in the comfort of their own home.

We are hiring a full-time Community Relations Specialist to further develop the King and Snohomish area for our locally owned and operated home care business.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills.  Strong sales background to help build our brand, establish a referral network to drive home care sales, and represent our company in a professional manner in public settings in King and Snohomish.  Healthcare experience is preferred.

Qualifications:

• Self motivated with outstanding verbal communications and customer service.
• Develop and maintain referral sources.
• Sales training, marketing and public relations experience.
• Ability to conduct outreach activities to generate interest and potential customers.
• Ability to network with local community professionals to generate referrals.
• Ability to connect with prospective customers and contacts on a regular basis to promote continued interest including phone calls.
• Good knowledge of business development and strategic sales planning in home care.
  Minimum 3 years experience in direct selling.
