The Nellie Cashman Woman Business Owner of the Year Award recognizes and honors Puget Sound area women entrepreneurs who have made outstanding contributions through their leadership in business and their commitment to community. Candidates for the Nellie Cashman award are judged based on their entrepreneurial spirit, ethics and community spirit, financial and management skill, and the difficulty and risk they endured to achieve their success.
