Lessons Learned From the Top 10 Leadership Mistakes
DETAILS:
There are over 350 definitions of “Leadership”.  Most dynamic leaders agree it’s about influencing others in order to reach new heights. However, along the way many mistakes are made and some can be career ending.

This session deals with 10 common mistakes made by many of today’s leaders and how they can derail even the most successful organizations.

This detailed and interactive session covers the following and many more leadership mistakes with true life experiences and examples such as:

  • Mistaking Dictatorship Decision Making as Servant Leadership
  • The Failure to Surround Yourself With Diverse Thinkers and Mavericks
  • Too Much Talking and Not Enough Walking
  • Failing at Communication, “The Leadership Death Penalty”
  • The Greatest Sin of Leaders, “Failing to Mentor”
