Did you know that employees in flexible and effective workplaces are more engaged in helping their companies succeed, stay longer with their employers, and are in better physical and mental health? Research from the Families & Work Institute and When Work Works suggest that flexible workplaces are here to stay and will soon become as commonplace as working with technology.
